Morgan: Didn't OJ Mayo go to USC?
Me: Yes, but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to talk about it.
Me: Let's watch Hurt Locker.
SB: But the Vikings are on.
Me: I don't care. Let's watch Hurt Locker.
SB: Aren't you even a little curious?
Me: No. And don't pick the Vikings over me, I don't handle that well.
SB: The Packers really are your family.
I watched the game. One thing that really strikes me, is how irrational people get when they talk about Favre. For example, from twitter last night:
ReplyDeleteThis is from one of my tweeps before the game started:
"Brett will hand it off so he doesnt have a chance of getting sacked!! Just watch!!"
And more than a few people tweeted that they hoped Favre would break his ankle, or get injured. And when you call them out for it, they use the, "I was just kidding" excuse.
I understand calling Favre out for being an attention whore/douche, etc, but some people go over board.
Its similar to the Rodgers haters over at the Official Brett Favre forum. They actually started a thread one time, titled, "Reasons to hate Aaron Rodgers"
One person posted a picture of Rodgers' house, and here's what she had to say: "Why does he need such a big house? What a jerk!"
So yeah, I guess if you own a big house, you're a jerk, lol. Anyway, irrational people are funny.
